The strong woman conundrum
I wouldn’t know any other way to present myself to the world than with a smile and positivity.
“Hi, I’m great thanks, you?”
While in honest, self-reflective moments, feeling anything but great. Actually mind-numbingly tired. Forgetful. Relying on coffee to get going, and wine to slow down. Lacking sexual energy. Foggy. Feeling lazy – with flow-on guilt.

Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Adrenal Fatigue almost two years ago (and writing about my subsequent research into the two conditions here and here), I’ve been supporting my body with dietary and lifestyle changes, plus herbal, vitamin and mineral supplements as recommended by two medical practitioners.
