½ cup coconut oil (or ¼ cup coconut oil and ½ cup cacao butter)
¼ cup raw cacao powder
½ cup oats
½ cup buckinis (or additional oats)
¼ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup pumpkin seeds, or chia seeds, or sesame seeds, or mix
3 tbsp honey (or to taste)
In a pot over medium heat melt coconut oil if solid (and cacao butter if using) and transfer to a bowl. Add cacao powder and mix.
In a separate large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, then combine wet and dry ingredients.
Spread onto baking tray lined with baking paper and press down lightly with hands.
Place tray in freezer.
Once hard, break into pieces and store in fridge or freezer.
