1 cup macadamia nuts (or ½ cup nut butter)
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup honey (or as preferred)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
(Goji berries, cacao nibs, macadamia nuts or shredded coconut to sprinkle on top if desired)
Blend nuts until smooth in food processor or blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
Pour into baking dish approx. 10cm x 20cm, lined with baking paper
Add toppings as desired, pressing them in a little if needed
Place in freezer for 1 hour, until firm but not too hard to slice
Cut into small squares
Store in fridge or freezer
