½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao
Blend until smooth using a stick blender.
Heat frying pan with a little coconut oil or butter.
Fry small pancakes (1-2 tbsp) on one side until bubbles pop, then flip to briefly cook the other side.
Serve with fruit, tahini, honey, or straight from the pan.
Great for breakfast, desert, snacks, school lunchboxes…
