1 tsp grated ginger
1 lemon, juiced
1 pinch / shake cayenne pepper
Place ingredients in a cup, add hot water.
Immune Boosting Smoothie (for year round use)
½ – 1 avocado
1 banana (or medjool date) for sweetness, if desired
1 celery stalk with leaves
1 lemon, juice and zest (if your blender is powerful enough, can use entire lemon)
1-2 cups of mixed lettuce, spinach or other leafy greens
2 cups water
Blend all ingredients.
