Kale chips! Who would have thought, they are delicious. A whole bunch of nutritious leafy greens, devoured in seconds. The kids even said they should have been dessert they were so good!!
Heat oven to 180°C. Cut kale leaves away from stems, into large bite size pieces as they will shrink. Massage kale pieces in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon quality salt. Spread on baking tray – no need for baking paper.
Cook for 10 – 15 minutes, so they are crunchy but not brown – watching closely when they are close. Devour
