One Day Transformation

Partly, you’re confused. There are 10 diet books on your bedside table, each saying different things. Then there’s the gym membership you paid for six months ago and haven’t used once. There are enough supplements and meal replacement drinks in your pantry to restock a pharmacy. And you are worried about your mum and dad – their health seems to be going downhill fast and you don’t want to follow in their footsteps.

How does a full day of one-on-one coaching sound? With somebody who would really listen to you? Who would help you clarify where you are now – and where you want to get to?

What we would cover would depend on you – that is, your goals, and your desires. It might be nutrition, exercise, career, spirituality, finances, home cooking, relationships, stress, time management, hormone balance, and more. We could work through some goal setting exercises, look at which areas are not providing satisfaction in your life, determine what changes you would be willing to make. We could visit the supermarket, the market, your house. We could make a smoothie or a healthy snack. We could practice breathing exercises. And you would go home with a sense of achievement, greater understanding about yourself, and excitement about what the future holds for you.After

And because I know that life sometimes gets in the way of change, no matter how motivated you are when you walk out the door after the full day event, this package includes two follow-up sessions, one and two weeks afterwards. Additional sessions can be arranged if desired.

The full day session is from 9:30-2:30, for face-to-face clients only. The follow-up sessions of one hour each can be in person or via phone / Skype, as preferred.

Currently only $320 for all three sessions. Reasonable? A 20-minute visit to the dentist recently cost me that much.
