Today two health statistics from the Australian Government – Australian Institute of Health and Welfare.
‘Cos many readers here are Aussies. And for those elsewhere, sadly the stats are similar almost worldwide.
More than 9 in 10 people aged 16 and over do not consume sufficient serves of vegetables.
One in 4 children have an unhealthy body weight and 6 in 10 adults are overweight or obese.

What can you do about it?

What do you think, achievable?
If not, what can you do to make it possible?
If you would like ideas, questions are welcome in the comment box.
