Do you sometimes feel fatigued, frumpy, fat, frustrated or flat?

- sleep poorly?
- feel frumpy, fat or frustrated?
- lack passion for life?
- always low on cash and seeking for instant approval loans?
- concerned your hormones might be out of whack?
- wonder if the best years of your life are over?
You are not the only one feeling this way. In fact, in our busy society, if you express concern about any of these to a friend or family member, you may well receive the reply ‘That’s just life’.
Personally, I don’t subscribe to that theory. There really is a choice – survive or thrive. It’s up to you.
Take a moment to imagine your perfect everyday day.
Perhaps it begins with a smile, as you wake without need for an alarm. You enjoy a breakfast that makes your body sing. You look and feel fabulous wearing one of your favourite outfits. When a colleague asks how you are, you answer ‘awesome’. Perhaps you take lunch outside to enjoy the sunshine. You have time, and energy, to play with your children or friends before dinner. And to relax and connect with a friend or partner afterwards. You feel sexy again. Alive. Vibrant! At the end of a satisfying day you drift off to sleep, feeling blessed and grateful.
