You and almost everybody around you, I’d suggest.
Many of us eat wheat three or more times a day, by the time the morning tea muffin and the afternoon tea biscuit are accounted for too.
However, the tide may be turning as people seek out better health and vitality. Questions are being asked.
Wheat – to eat or not to eat?
Due to the 1970’s wheat hybridisation and the consequence of the changes to the wheat grain, if you take wheat and all its byproducts out of the diet you will consume 400 calories a day less and lose weight and gain health.
